The CGI handler

The CGI (Common Gateway Interface) should be used to serve up content from CGI applications. It has only a single property Executable, which specified the path to the CGI application to use.

Alternatively if your LocalRoot is mapped onto a local path containing executable CGI binaries (or script files which are directly executable), then you can set the Executable property to null / an empty string in order to have the handler execute the scripts directly.
